- workdays from Monday to Friday: from 8.30 till 18.30
- Saturday: from 8.00 till 13.00
- Sunday and public holidays: closed

ACCESS INSTRUCTION
Customers can access the office after booking their turn with one of the following tools:
Customers must wait their turn outside the office, watching the screens located at the side windows.
In order to reduce waiting times and avoid queues, we advise customers to book their appointment with the Booking service or to hold a virtual ticket with the ATB Mobile app.
Booking: book your appointment and skip the queue!
With the Booking service, you can book your appointment at the ATB Point online, from the ATB Mobile app or from the website.
Simply connect to the link, select the office and the service, and choose the day and times from those available.
You will receive a confirmation email with your booking number.
Accodami: the queue gets smart!
With Accodami, you can use the ATB Mobile app to check how many people are waiting at the ATB Point and detach your virtual ticket remotely to avoid queues and crowds. The app alerts you when it is your turn.
SERVICES
By the ATB Point, Largo Porta Nuova within Bergamo city centre, you can fin the following services:
- information about local public transport service, timetables, fare system and promotional initiatives;
- issue of new bcards, sale and renewal of all types of season passes;
- sale of all types of ATB tickets;
- customer assistance and management of complaints and proposals regarding ATB services;
- distribution of the network map;
- fine payments;
- collection of lost property found on board ATB buses.
