Did you forget something on the bus?

No fear, we wil help you find it!

Send an email at ATB Point specifying what you have lost (object, description and colour), when and on which line.
We will reply as soon as possible to let you know if it has been found.
Lost property that has been found can be collected from the ATB Point from the working day after the day it was lost.
Please note that ATB is not liable for any damage to the items, nor for any missing parts or components, nor can it carry out a real-time search for the lost item.

You didn't find it?

If you lost it on nr. 5 and 10 routes send an email at Autoservizi Locatelli.
If you lost it on nr. 7, 9 and 10 routes check this website Arriva Italia S.r.L sede operativa di Bergamo - Lecco.
If you lost it on the tramway send an email at TEB.
You can also contact the Lost Property Office of Bergamo Municipality.

Did you find something on the bus?

Deliver it to the driver or the ATB Point and we will do our best to track down the owner and hand it over.
