The company provides public transport:
- The bus network, which serves the city of Bergamo and the 29 surrounding municipalities
- City and San Vigilio Funiculars
- The Bergamo-Albino T1 tramway, which began operations in 2009. It is managed by TEB SpA, a company in which ATB has a 45% stake
- Operation of suburban transport services in the southern part of Bergamo with the company TBSO.
Nel mese di luglio 2015 ATB Servizi S.p.A. ha ottenuto l'estensione della certificazione del Sistema di gestione per la Qualità, già conseguita nell'aprile 2002, nella versione aggiornata UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.
