Guide dogs may travel for free without a muzzle, regardless of size, on all company vehicles (Terms and Conditions, article 5).
Motor disability

80% of ATB buses has low floors to facilitate access by passengers who are elderly or have motor difficulties. 94% of ATB vehicles has a boarding platform.
In some cases the boarding platform cannot be activated because of the conformation of the road where the bus stop is located. Accessible stops are marked on the map at the Services and Timetables page with the symbol
.
Boarding platforms can be guaranteed on buses by pre-booking:
- By calling the ATB Point on +39 035 23 60 26 from Mondays to Fridays from 8:20 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. or Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Or by compiling an online request.
Bookings must be made before midday on the weekday before the day of travel.
Motorised wheelchairs must weigh less than 250 Kg fully loaded (with passengers).
The bus driver activates the platform allowing the wheelchair to board the vehicle, while the passenger is responsible for getting the wheel
