Accesskeys
Access in different Browsers and Operating Systems:
- Alt + [accesskey] + [Enter] in Internet Explorer (Windows)
- Alt + Shift + [accesskey] in Firefox (Windows), Mozilla (Windows) and Netscape 6+ (Windows)
- Shift + Esc + [accesskey] in Opera 9 (Windows o Mac)
- Ctrl + [accesskey] in Internet Explorer 5.2 (Mac), Safari 1.2 (Mac), Firefox (Mac), Mozilla (Mac) and Netscape 6+ (Mac)

Website and Webpage Structure
The website pages can be divided into two different types:
- Section cover page, containing various links to the main information in the section. Each link has a picture and a summary.
- Content page
Each pages is made up of 5 parts organised according to the following logical sequence:
- Part 1 – Page heading, main search and browse function (between sections)
- Part 2 – List of the main menu items
- Part 3 – Indication of the position on the current website
- Part 4 – List of the submenu items
- Part 5 – Links to other useful resources at the foot of the page
